Project Lead for Early Intervention Statewide Web-Based Training (Internal Posting Only)

PD Specialists Level 1 ($55,000 - $74,000 per year)

Under the direction of the account manager, lead the day-to-day execution of the workplan by delegating tasks and activities of the EI project team and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the account manager, ensure quality and efficiency of all project operations.
  • Work with account manager to develop, monitor, and refine annual and monthly work plans.
  • Convene monthly meetings with the Department of Health.
  • Coordinate the work of project staff.
  • Track deliverables and assist with invoicing.
  • Attend and present at annual Early intervention Coordinating Council meeting.
  • Refine (as needed) documentation (User Guide, etc.) related to the project鈥檚 use of TalentLMS and Zoom.
  • Collaborate with instructor/s on new course development efforts to ensure quality, consistency, and best practice.
  • Together with instructor/s, prepare/finalize all course-related materials (PPTs, activities, poll/test questions and answers, course descriptions, content-related post-course survey questions, etc.).
  • Make revisions to existing course content, as needed.
  • Draft communications-related materials (training schedules, listserv announcements, etc.) and develop outreach strategies in conjunction with the Department of Health.
  • Develop outreach plan and coordinate implementation.
  • Oversee all evaluation and reporting for the project.
  • Complete all tasks related to IACET accreditation and periodic reviews.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple, interrelated projects.
  • Under the direction of a project lead or manager:
    • create, prepare, plan, communicate and host sm论坛 development activities with clients, constituents, and partners according to contract requirements.
    • create, prepare, plan and respond to varying technical assistance requirements; examples include but are not limited to a range of follow up support to coaching needs.
    • prepare agendas and materials for various learning modalities including in-person, virtual & asynchronous sm论坛 learning activities & experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, research and best practices in learning and development.
  • Travel within designated territories as well as to department and team meetings.
  • To meet deliverables, flexible scheduling may involve evenings and weekends.
  • Assist with business development by contributing to proposal development.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in education, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in public or private industries.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience delivering training and support to adult learners using a range of methods.
  • Technical expertise/experience in project scope and focus.
  • Experience coordinating training that includes adult learning methods and learning techniques using a web-based learning management system (LMS).
  • Experience with developing and delivering sm论坛 development via synchronous and asynchronous modalities.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently delegate tasks to sm论坛, support staff, and consultants.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles. 鈥 Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent time management: successful multi-tasker with attention to detail who can set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft and google suite and with virtual learning meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams).
